Kaitlynn (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Registered Drama Therapist, and Executive Functioning Coach based in NYC. As a white, cisgender, queer, neurodivergent female and first-generation college student, Kaitlynn draws on her personal and professional experiences to create an inclusive and affirming space for all clients. Her approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, non-judgmental, innovative, and trauma-informed.

Kaitlynn provides psychotherapy utilizing a diverse range of tools and techniques, including creative arts therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existential-humanistic psychology, and internal family systems therapy. She believes in tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, creating a safe space for personal growth and healing.

Kaitlynn specializes in working with ADHD and neurodivergent clients, combining therapy with executive functioning coaching to offer a comprehensive treatment plan. This integrated approach helps clients improve their organization, time management, and emotion regulation skills while addressing underlying therapeutic needs such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma-related concerns, and family conflict.

In addition to her combined approach, Kaitlynn also provides standalone executive functioning coaching. This service is particularly beneficial for neurodivergent clients seeking to enhance their executive functioning skills in a structured, supportive environment. Through tailored strategies and practical tools, Kaitlynn helps clients achieve greater success in their personal and professional lives.

Kaitlynn received her Master's Degree from New York University, along with a certificate in Child and Family Therapy. She is currently completing a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from Antioch University. 

Kaitlynn operates a private practice, providing therapy to individuals and families, as well as clinical supervision for Creative Arts Therapists, in Ridgewood, Queens,  and virtually.
